Background

Founded in Japan in 1971, Shokken has achieved steady growth since establishment. As a manufacturer of compound seasonings, the company continuously explores the endless possibilities of flavors in collaboration with clients worldwide.

In June 2016, Shokken Food (China) Co., Ltd. was established in BioSpark. The Nantong facility was completed and began operations in October 2018.

The project has an annual production capacity of 6,500 tons of liquid/semi solid food products and 3,000 tons of solid food products.
